Synopsis
Social inequality and the traumas of genocide are fertile breeding ground for Rwanda's instability. Against this backdrop, 31-year-old Amani and a group of friends strive to build a peaceful society, despite their limited resources. In Nyamirambo, a poor and cosmopolitan neighbourhood of Kigali, Rwanda's vibrant capital, young Amani has set up a programme to support children and their vulnerable parents, to prevent poverty and discrimination fueling the desire for conflict.
